⭐ Cleaning Instructions
✔ For Lacquer-Coated Items (This product is lacquer-coated)

Clean only with soft sponge + mild liquid soap

Do NOT use scrub pads, steel wool, or abrasive cleaners

Wipe dry immediately

Avoid harsh chemicals or acidic agents

Scrubbing can damage the lacquer layer and leave permanent scratches.

✔ For Non-Lacquer Items (General rule for future products)

Normal washing is allowed

Can be polished as required

⭐ Caution

Do NOT place lacquer-coated copper/brass items on fire, gas, induction, microwave, or oven.
The coating will burn, blacken, and permanently peel off.

Airtight copper/brass items must NOT be kept in the refrigerator.
Pressure changes may cause the product to crack.

If a lacquer-coated item gets hit hard or falls, it may bend, and lacquer at the impact point may chip off, leading to natural dark patches.
This is completely normal for real metals.

Non-lacquer items may also bend if impacted strongly — normal for pure handcrafted metal.

Avoid dropping or hitting the product

Keep away from acidic chemicals

⭐ Natural Copper Behaviour (Important)

These are normal signs of genuine handcrafted copper:

✔ Blackish patches

Pure copper may show natural dark spots where lacquer wears off — not a defect.

✔ Black/Brown polishing powder

Buffing and polishing stone residue may appear as powder; it goes away after gentle washing.

✔ Kalhai (tinning) marks on kansa/copper items

Small metallic marks are normal and completely safe.

✔ Initial lacquer residue

Minor residue may appear during first washes — disappears with usage.
