Cancellation Terms & Conditions

 

These Cancellation Terms & Conditions ("Cancellation Terms") apply to all orders placed on Tamralok's website www.tamralok.com
. By purchasing from Tamralok, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched from our warehouse. If you request cancellation before shipment, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method.

Customised Orders: Cancellation of customized items (personalized products or orders made as per specific customer request) is not allowed once the production has started. However, if the order is canceled before production begins, we will accept the cancellation.

2. Packaging Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a cancellation or return after delivery, the product must be in its original premium packaging, completely unopened and unused.
Tamralok reserves the right to reject returns if the packaging is damaged, missing, or tampered with in any way.
 

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

Log into your account on our website.

Go to the 'Order History' section and select the order you wish to cancel.

Request Cancellation by clicking on the "Cancel" button (if available) or contact us directly at atharvwadke2000@gmail.com
 or 7378618825 to initiate the cancellation process.

If your order has not been processed yet, we will immediately confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation After Shipment

• Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You will need to wait for the delivery and, if needed, initiate a return based on our Return Policy. However, you can still request a cancellation if:
• The package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe and is returned to us.
• The package is returned to us as undeliverable due to issues with the provided shipping address.
• In these cases, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the condition of the order upon return.

5. Non-Cancelable Items

The following items cannot be canceled:

• Customized Products: Any product that has been personalized or made-to-order, including engraved items, specially crafted showpieces, and bespoke utensils.
• Opened or Used Products: Once the product has been opened or used, it becomes ineligible for cancellation or return.

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• For cancellations that are approved before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5 to 15 days to your original payment method.
• If the order was shipped, refunds will only be processed once the product is returned to us in its original, unopened condition (refer to our Return Policy).

7. Exceptions to Cancellation Policy

• Order Processing Issues: If there are any technical or stock issues at our end that prevent order fulfillment, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the item was already processed for shipment.
• Delayed Shipping: If your order faces significant delays due to circumstances like shipping carrier delays or natural events, you may request a cancellation, and we will review your case on a case-by-case basis.

8. Shipping and Handling Fees

• If your order is canceled before shipment, you will not be charged for any shipping or handling fees.
• If your order has been shipped before cancellation, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
